As the Chief of Staff, you are the CEO's strategic partner and the linchpin of execution. You will operate at every level of the company, tackling the most critical business challenges that fall outside the core engineering functions. You won't just influence a product; you'll build the foundational pillars of a category-defining company.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Strategic Initiatives: Spearhead critical, cross-functional projects from inception to completion—from fundraising preparation and market analysis to developing our go-to-market strategy.
• Build the Operating System: Design and implement the foundational business processes for recruiting, finance, and operations that will serve as our company's scalable backbone.‍
• Solve Mission-Critical Problems: Be the versatile go-to leader who can parachute into any emerging business challenge, create a plan, and execute with precision.‍
• Act as a Force Multiplier: Serve as a proxy for the CEO, ensuring progress continues across all fronts while the founders focus on building the product and vision.‍
• Own Business Fundamentals: Push the ball forward on everything from business development and strategic partnerships to managing internal communications and company cadence.

Who You Are

• A Proven Performer: You have 2-3+ years of experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment preferably in startups.
• Low Ego, High Ownership: You are not above any task, from building a complex financial model to ordering lunch for a customer meeting. You are motivated by moving the mission forward.‍
• A Business Athlete: You are a hyper-capable generalist with the horsepower to tackle complex problems across multiple business domains and the humility to master the details.‍
• An Executor & Accountability Engine: You are a master of planning, organization, and execution. You hold yourself and others to the highest standards to ensure we get things done.‍
